So Alexa still continues to malfunction; now most of the time Amazon doesn't even bother to contact me on the issues. My playlists from Apple Music don't shuffle, Amazon just doesn't care. Any other issue, their answer is to delete the app, change the settings, reset, unplug, etc, etc. etc.
